Located in Clarkston just 5 minutes north of I75, our sprawling estate consists of over 140 acres with impeccably maintained grounds, the big red barn, walking and riding trails, wildflower fields, ponds, fountains and more. The 20,000 square feet of state-of-the-art facilities were completed between 2022 and 2024. Our barn is the heart of our operations. Beautiful and top notch, we firmly believe we have the cleanest barn you'll ever step foot in. It's complete with horse stalls, a break room and kitchen, an indoor riding arena, and a game room adjacent to it. The floor to ceiling pine paneled walls add to the luxe western aesthetic.

Indoor Arena
The state-of-the-art indoor riding arena can be used for everything from large seated presentations and meals to line dancing. The flooring is made from the most premium natural materials brought in from West Virginia to minimize dust and mess. Our barn is heated and air conditioned, and all the windows and garage doors can also be opened.

Enjoy our 2,500 square foot game room as part of your next event or corporate outing. Complete with a whiskey bar, golf simulator, pool table, shuffleboard, bubble hockey, ping pong and a supersized fireplace, you'll feel like you've escaped to the Yellowstone Club in Montana.

Covered Porch
The large covered porch is great for strolling or sit down meals, cocktail hours and more. We can set up long tables for farm-to-table dinners, high top tables for cocktails and hor d'oeuvres or activity tables for people to get hands-on and create enrichment opportunities and treats for the animals.

Our property is unparalleled in its scenic views and landscaping. We can pick from a multitude of spots to set up a tented event if preferred. Additionally, enjoy our miles of trails for hay rides, hiking, snow shoeing or even our premapped 5K. We have beautiful scenic stops along that way that can be incorporated into custom events.

The animals at the ranch can absolutely be a part of your event. Depending on the interests and the ages of your guests, experiences can range from just petting the animals and learning about their stories to helping groom them or even helping with barn chores.

Site rental fees start at a minimum of $500 depending on the type of event, day of the week, time of day and more. All events must end by 10 pm. We do not do weddings.
