About Us

The facilities in which Abraham Ranch operates were purchased by the Abraham Family in the fall of 2020. The property was previously home to the O.A.T.S. Equestrian Center, a local charitable organization. Upon purchase, the Ranch began a substantial property overhaul. This included completely rebuilding the core 14,000 square foot red barn, adding a 2,000 square foot chicken coop complex, adding numerous farm equipment and hay storage facilities and clearing land for substantial pasture improvements, fencing and animal shelters. Land balancing and new fencing resulted in creating 13 unique pasture areas designed to accommodate a variety of rescue animal species. The indoor equestrian arena was rebuilt and 14 stalls added, including a quarantine area for initial animal intake. All aspects of the barn structure were provided with climate control ability. An additional 31 acres of adjacent land was added to the Ranch in 2021 further adding to the over 2 miles of trails available.

Rescue animals handled by Abraham Ranch were first introduced in the summer of 2021, including horses, donkeys, pigs and barn cats. These animals will live out their life onsite as Abraham Ranch Ambassadors.
